A credit card is required to reserve your service or event.
50% of payment is charged when your service is scheduled.
The remainder of the payment is due at the session, before the service can begin .
The remainder payment can be a credit card or cash.
If you are redeeming a gift certificate, the number must be provided at the
time of scheduling your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Special rules apply for event payments.
Gratuities are customary, appreciated and optional.
We have a generous cancellation policy that requires 8 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If you cancel with less than 8 hours ( including same day appointments and No Shows), we will kindly charge 100% of your scheduled service. (Special rules apply for events.)

Spa Travel Policy
If GPS systems do not register your address, kindly provide comprehensive driving directions when scheduling appointments. Provide all pertinent details like stairs, parking information, guard dogs, security gates and service entrances, etc. If an incorrect address is provided and causes a delay in the massage therapist arrival, time from your session will be subtracted. We are not responsible for making up time in incidences of misdirection.
Hours before 10:00 AM and later than 9:00 PM are "After Hours"
and will cost an additional fee.
